Located on Parcel 223/4 (1,453 m² site) in the Yalova Altınova Shipyards Zone, Yalova Pilotaj this project comprised structural seismic retrofitting of the operational headquarters building, complete interior and exterior architectural restoration, perimeter security retaining walls, winter garden, resident parking, and comprehensive landscape development successfully executed by Ekovit.
