Kocaeli Seismic Retrofitting Projects
Following the 1999 Marmara Earthquake, structural concrete retrofitting of numerous damaged residential and public buildings in Kocaeli was completed under the academic coordination of Yildiz Technical University faculty members Prof. Sinan Cagdas and Prof. Mehmet Asim Guralp.
