Ekşioğlu 쾨르페즈 켄트(Körfez Kent) 사업은 얄로바 만 일대에 조성된 대단지 랜드마크 주거 단지입니다. Ekovit가 토목 골조 공사부터 부지 인프라 및 단지 조경까지 전 과정을 턴키 시공하였습니다.

• 주거 단지 동배치: 내진 철근콘크리트 라멘 구조의 중고층 주거 타워.
• Sosyal Alanlar: Vehicle parking plazas, lush green spaces, children’s playgrounds, and softscaping.
